At DeJoy & Co., we’ve built our unique internship program on the conviction that every member of our team plays an integral role in our firm’s success. Our program is designed to identify potential team members who are hardworking and passionate and to prepare you for a successful transition from college to career.

As an intern at DeJoy & Co., you’ll be assigned a mentor — typically, a first- or second-year team member — to walk with you through the process, answering questions, building your confidence, and showing you what it’s like to be a part of our team. You’ll learn about our practice and industry areas, meet team members of all levels and backgrounds, work on a variety of client assignments, participate in team-building events, receive one-on-one mentoring, network with your peers, and take part in external social and community events.
