Kiani is a Manager in DeJoy’s Financial Assurance Practice. Her primary focus is on providing audit compliance and consultation services, to small to mid-sized business clients. She also supervises the firm’s employee benefit plan practice. Kiani brings a level of organization and consistency to each engagement, which provides for a seamless client experience.
Kiani prides herself on being transparent with her clients, and outlining expectations from the start. She takes the time to get to know each of her clients, to truly understand what motivates them, and what drives their decision making process. In turn, she is able to work collaboratively, and ask thoughtful questions, allowing her clients to make well-informed decisions.
