Michael Cooke is the Managing Partner of DeJoy & Co., LLP, a regional accounting firm located in Rochester, NY. As the Tax and Advisory Services Practice Leader, his primary responsibility is the firm’s delivery of outstanding service to its clients by combining a foundational focus on technical proficiency with exacting attention to developing a deep understanding of each client to identify their needs. He leads a highly-skilled team of tax professionals and provides resources to ensure their continued development into outstanding business people.

Throughout his 25-year career with DeJoy, Mike has provided clients with strategic business and personal income tax planning, strategic tax analysis of business sales and acquisitions, tax compliance services, multistate income tax reporting, federal and state tax credit analysis and reporting, tax accounting method consulting, business entity selection and tax structuring, and business consulting and succession planning. Mike serves clients in real estate, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, technology, professional services and health care. Mike also has experience with financial and investment institutions and resort facilities.
