Mollene is DeJoy’s Financial Assurance Practice Leader.  She mainly focuses on providing assurance, consulting, and financial reporting services to organizations operating in the financial services industry including broker-dealers and registered investment advisors.   More specifically she has complex expertise surrounding Service Organization Control (SOC) engagements, SEC regulatory compliance, business combinations and employee benefit plans.

Mollene’s broad background, going from an international public accounting firm to a regional accounting firm, gives her diverse knowledge of both public and private businesses, operating in a variety of industries.  She has thorough knowledge of the interworking of a company, outside of their financial environment, allowing her to consult on a variety of issues that may be at the forefront of how business decisions are made.    Due to her expertise, client service and leadership skills Mollene was awarded the Forty Under 40 award from the Rochester Business Journal, and has been named a Women to Watch by the Democrat & Chronicle.
