Sandi joined DeJoy & Co. in 2007.  She brings more than 20 years of experience serving human capital needs, with prior experience working with an international public accounting firm.

She provides diverse and specialized expertise in the areas of performance and career management, compensation planning, HR consulting, recruitment and sourcing of entry-level and experienced staff, retention, deployment, teaming, connectivity and best-place-to-work initiatives.  Sandi actively assists DeJoy & Co. clients with human resource consulting services and recruitment matters.

Sandi is a member of The Business Council of New York State and The Rochester Affiliate of the National Human Resources Association. Sandi has also been active in the Nazareth College community hosting international students from around the world and enjoys traveling.
