DeJoy & Co. Hires Deleguardia as Senior Marketing Specialist

ROCHESTER, NY, January 19, 2023 – DeJoy & Co., a leading regional business advisory and CPA firm, has hired Justine C. Deleguardia as Senior Marketing Specialist. In her new position, Deleguardia will oversee marketing and PR needs, working closely with DeJoy & Co.’s Partners and HR Manager to support documentation and recruiting efforts. She also will help implement the firm’s rebranding initiative.

Deleguardia has six years of well-rounded experience in marketing and sales, including as a graphic designer and a regional event marketing manager. She has managed social media marketing, photography, print and digital design, and lead-generation campaigns, including monthly calendars and newsletters. Most recently, she served as a business development salesforce officer in residential and commercial lending.

A graduate of SUNY Brockport, Deleguardia holds a BS in Public Relations with a minor in Graphic Design, and has completed some coursework in Accounting. While a student at Brockport, she served as former Inter-Greek Council President for the Class of 2018.

A Rochester native, Deleguardia enjoys camping, traveling to see live music, and playing with her puppy, Louise.
