DeJoy & Co. Hires Nitschke, CPA, as Tax Principal

ROCHESTER, NY, November 16, 2022 – DeJoy & Co., a leading regional business advisory and CPA firm, has hired Daniel J. Nitschke, CPA, as Principal for Tax Services.

An 18-year veteran of public accounting – most recently as Senior Tax Manager with another regional CPA firm – Nitschke will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing DeJoy & Co. firm engagements including financial and tax planning, tax compliance, compiled financial statements, and consulting.

He has particular experience in rental real estate, real property development and construction, cost-segregation studies, and like-kind exchanges.

Nitschke holds a BS in Accounting from Alfred University. He earned his Life Accident and Health License in 2005, and his CPA in 2008.

In his leisure time, Nitschke enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, golfing, and spending time in the Adirondacks.

He and his wife, Erin, live in Penfield with their daughter, Anna.
