DeJoy & Co. Hires Manwaring Jr. as Senior Manager in the Financial Assurance Department

ROCHESTER, NY, November 9, 2022 – DeJoy & Co., a leading regional business advisory and CPA firm, has hired Vincent C. Manwaring Jr. as a Senior Manager for Financial Assurance Services. In this position, he will coordinate and conduct assurance engagements for clients, including audits, reviews, and compilations.

Previously, Manwaring worked with two other local CPA firms, serving clients in construction, manufacturing, and non-profits. He also was employed by Monro Inc., as Supervisor of Real Estate Accounting. Further, he has experience in employee benefit plans and lease accounting.

Manwaring holds an MS in Forensic Accounting and a BS in Accounting, both from SUNY Brockport. He also is a New York State Notary Public of Monroe County. He earned his CPA is 2014.

Previously, he volunteered with the Rochester Chapter, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as director of the COAP Committee (Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession).

A former catechist with St. Pius X Church in Rochester, Manwaring lives in Gates with his wife, Kristin, their three sons and three pets. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, completing house projects, playing video games, and following the Las Vegas Raiders.
